Public Cloud Flexibility Meets Private Cloud Security

We love the flexibility and convenience of cloud apps, but we felt so much more comfortable when all of our data was locked away in a climate-controlled, halon-protected fortress that only we had the keys to. Until now, we've had to decide between the cloud apps that our employees love OR the security and compliance that our business demands.

Today, we have released the Bitglass Enterprise Edition, extending our Total Data Protection suite to include the ability for an organization to use the cloud apps that they want, while storing corporate data encrypted in their own private cloud. Truly, the best of both worlds!

The solution works by intermediating connections between users and cloud apps like Salesforce and Box.  Application data is stored encrypted in the enterprise’s private cloud rather than in plain text in the application itself and the data is dynamically decrypted and folded into the application during use.

Bitglass uniquely offers end-to-end data protection - from the cloud, to the mobile device, and anywhere on the Internet. Interested in learning more?
