AMSTERDAM, NL – (December 1st, 2016) – Bitglass, the total data protection company, today announced its expansion into the EMEA region with the appointment of Eduard Meelhuysen as Regional VP of Sales. The company is capitalising on the growing demand for its cloud access security broker (CASB) and agentless mobile security solutions.

Eduard Meelhuysen has joined Bitglass with over 15 years experience managing and growing technology businesses. Prior to joining the company, Eduard held executive sales roles at Imperva, Aerohive Networks, and Netskope. In his role as head of Bitglass’ EMEA sales operations, Meelhuysen will spearhead the company’s partner programme and drive the adoption of the CASB offering in major enterprises throughout the region.
