Product Marketing Manager

As Product Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for ensuring that the right message gets to the right people at the right time - no pressure! The role requires someone who understands both business and tech, communicating Bitglass’ value prop and differentiation across the full landscape of media – from whitepapers to videos and even on stage. You’ll collaborate across the company, working with  customers, prospects, sales, product management, engineering, and more. This is a broad role, with lots of room for growth. Responsibilities

  • Content is the fuel for Bitglass’ go to market efforts, and your job is to create, maintain and optimize that fuel by owning and executing on our middle and bottom of funnel marketing messaging and content (white papers, video demos, research reports, solution briefs, case studies, and more)
  • Enable our sales teams to be as effective as possible, as quickly as possible
  • Collaborate with customers, sales, product marketing, and demand generation to ensure that all stakeholders have what they need to be successful
  • Police the quality and consistency of the Bitglass brand and message everywhere they appear
  • Maintain the content roadmap and repositories

Desired Qualifications 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to reason from a business perspective as well as a technology perspective
  • Startup DNA, specifically the ability to self-start in a low structure environment and do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Creativity and a growth mindset, bringing fresh ideas and a desire to continually improve upon what you’ve already done well
  • Up to 3 years of experience in content or product marketing for a cloud, security, or technology company
  • Bachelor’s Degree
